Per pale Argent an Anchor Sable and in base four Barrulets wavy Azure, and Gules a Bull rampant Or.

Crest: A Lymphad Or with sail set and oars shipped and three flags flying, on fore pole per pale Gules and Argent a Cross Azure, on main mast the flag of the City of Bermeo, on aft pole the flag of Basque Country.

Mantling: Gules doubled Argent

Motto: Nulla Dies Sine Linea

Spanish: Partido; 1º de plata, cuatro ondas de azur surmontadas de áncora de sable; 2º de gules un toro rampante de oro. Timbrado de una nave con las velas desplegadas de oro, mostrando en el trinquete una bandera partida gules y plata y cruz azul sobre el todo; en el mayor un grimpolón con los colores de la Villa de Bermeo; y en la mesana la "ikurriña" del Pais Vasco sobre burelete y lambrequines de gules y plata.
