I blått fält en stolpvis ställd bila med huvud av silver och med skaft av guld, vilket är lagt över tre stolpvis ordnade, bjälkvis ställda ålar med röda fenor.

The eels are canting as eel in swedish is Ål. The axe symbolises St Olof a place named after this Norwegian saint-king is situated in the area.
