The tower in the arms represents the town itself and its old history. The red and black colours are taken from the [[Albania]]n national arms, as the town is mainly populated by Albanians. The points represent the wings of the Albanian eagle.

The arms were adopted in 2007 officially registered on February 2, 2019.

The tower in the arms represents the town itself and its old history. The red and black colours are taken from the Albanian national arms, as the town is mainly populated by Albanians. The points represent the wings of the Albanian eagle.
