English Shoulder Sleeve Insignia. Description: On a maroon disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) maroon border, the overall diameter 3 inches (7.62 cm), a large white monogrammed “A” surmounted by the yellow head of a tiger affronté couped, detailed black (eyes and teeth white, tongue maroon).

Origin/meaning

The shoulder sleeve insignia was approved on 25 January 1972.
