Blason de Badménil-aux-Bois/Arms (crest) of Badménil-aux-Bois
Official blazon
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in 2019.

At the end of the Thirty Years War and the aftermath of the plague, the village had only nineteen inhabitants, hence the number 19. The deer, emblematic and mystical animal, symbolizes regeneration of life and also the forests, as does the oak tree. The wavy bar represents the Bonvillers and Côte rivers.
