Taillé : au 1er d’azur à la croisette d’argent, au 2e de gueules au chevreuil contourné bondissant d’argent, à la cotice en barre d’or brochant sur la partition.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on December 4, 1977.

The cross is taken from the arms of the former Lords of Barbazan. The deer represents the local forests as well as the spirit of the community. The bend is the Alaric Canal, which goes through the municipality.
