Arms of Bejsce

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on March 30, 2005.

The arms combine elements from the three noble families that historically ruled the village; the leopard from the Firlej family, owners of Bejsce from the 14th to the 17th century; the horseshoe and cross from the Pilawa family, owners of Bejsce from 1767-1795,and the unicorn of the Bończa family owners of Bejsce from 1795-1873.
