Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on March 4, 1985.

The name of the village is derived from the medieval equivalent of Liliendorf, village of water-lilies. The coat of arms attempts to show the geographical situation of the municipality in the valley of the Feistritz river and the water-lilies.
