Escudo de azul, banda enxequetada de prata e vermelho, de duas tiras, acompanhado em chefe, à sinistra, de uma palma de ouro, posta em pala e, brocante, uma faca de punho vermelho e lâmina de prata, em ponta, duas burelas ondeadas de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas " CAXARIAS – OURÉM ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 31, 1995.
