Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on October 3, 2006.

The upper half shows the arms of the Bourgogne region, in which the municipality is situated. The golden bar is taken from the arms of the Bouton family, former lords of the village. The garb refers to the agricultural character of the municipality.
