Quarterly Gules and Argent, a cross counterchanged between four fountains proper.

Origin/meaning

The Cross is from the arms of the Diocese of New York and the Fountains from the arms of the Diocese of Western New York. They also symbolises the Great Lakes and the Finger Lakes.
