Origin/meaning

The Arms show a voided silver cross on a green field, within a gold border which is charged with four Church of England Shields (a red cross on silver) alternating which as many Episcopal Church shields (as Church o England but with the first quarter blue). The voided cross is from the old Emblem whih showed on a shield a voided cross on a map-outline of Colombia.
