DIOCESE OF PIETERSBURG

Denomination : Roman Catholic

Established : 1910 as Prefecture Apostolic of Northern Transvaal, 1939 Territorial Abbey of Pietersburg, elevated to Diocese in 1988. Name changed to Polokwane in 2009.
