Azure three crosses paty whitin an annulet all or, on a chief argent a cross gules charged with a flower slipped or.

Origin/meaning

The Circel with crosses alludes to the Flag of Tennessee. The Cross is common to the three Dioceses in Tennessee. The Flower a Lilly is a reference to the Cathderal which is dedicated to St Mary, one of her symbols is a Lilly.
