Écartelé: aux 1er et 4e d'argent à trois levrettes de sable l'une au-dessus de l'autre, aux 2e et 3e d'azur à la fleur de lis d'or.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on June 19, 1997.

The first and third quarter refer to the arms of the old royal estate in Dixmont. The fleur-de-lys are a royal symbol and refer to the fact that the local castle was founded by the French Kings.
