I fält av silver ett uppskjutande blått standar med tre tungor, belagt med ett genomgående kors, som i varje vinkel är åtföljt av en femuddig stjärna, allt av guld och med blå stång.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on March 5, 1948.
The arms are based on the old seal of the district dating from 1534.
