Gules; a pile azure fimbriated argent hcarged with a sprig of bulrush or / De gueules, á pile d'azur bordée d'argent chargée d'un jonc d'or.

Origin/meaning

The Pile symbolises the Bay. The Bulrush the Marshy land from which the Bay has its Name.
