State : Salzburg
District : Salzburg-Umgebung

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 2, 1981.

The arms show three pine trees. The oldest reference to the village dates from 1336 and at that time three villages were mentioned, Feichten, Lämmerbach and Oberasch. Feichten became the present village centre. As the name is derived from Fichte (pine tree), three pine trees were chosen.
