INDRE-ET-LOIRE
French | D'azur semé de fleurs de lis d'or, à la bordure componée d'argent et de gueules. |

Origin/meaning
The arms are identical to the arms of the former French province of Touraine until 1793. The main field with the fleur-de-lis is derived from the French Royal arms. The bordure is derived from the arms of the Basilica of St. Martin in Tours, the capital of Touraine.
