Parti: au 1er d'azur au chêne d'or, au 2e d'argent à la croix papale de sinople; le tout sommé d'un chef de gueules chargé d'un léopard d'or armé et lampassé d'azur.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on February 23, 2015.

The oak tree is a canting element for La Haye (the hedge), the papal cross refers to the Pope Saint Sylvester I. The chief shows the leopard of Normandy.
