En campo de oro, un castillo [en medio de una planicie que simula una marisma,] de cuyo homenaje surgen dos manos [derechas] esposadas y unidas por una cadena que está rota en su mitad (en realidad, movientes de los flancos), el castillo y las manos en su color natural y la cadena en sable. Bordura de gules con la leyenda en letras de plata fileteadas en sable: «AYUNTAMIENTO CONSTITUCIONAL DE LAS CABEZAS DE SAN JUAN».
