Sju gånger medelst vågskuror av blått och guld styckat fält med en blå vänstersnedstam.
Origin/meaning
The arms were designed in 1992, but were never officially granted.
The arms show the Torne, Kalix, Lule and Pite rivers, which flow into the Gulf of Bothnia.
