Coroa mural de prata três de torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ PÓVOA DE SANTARÉM “.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 12, 2000.
The book and feather refer to the famous local author Alexandre Herculano. The olive branch and wheat ear are symbols for the main agricultural crops in the parish.
