Wapen: Gedeel in drie deur 'n deurlopende ingeboe kepersnede, blou, rooi en silwer, in die skildhoof twee krukkruise, die voete gespits, elk getop deur 'n gevlamde antieke lamp van silwer; en 'n gewelfde groen skildvoet.
Helmteken: 'n Staande saalbek-ooievaar, vleuels omhoog, van natuurlike kleur, wat met sy regterpoot 'n silwer Latynse kruis omwonde van twee toegewende groen slange ondersteun.
Wrong en Dekklede: Silwer en blou.
Wapenspreuk: LABOR OMNIA VINCIT IMPROBUS

Arms: Tierced per chevron embowed throughout Azure, Gules and Argent, in chief two crosses potent fitchee at the feet, each ensigned with an antique lamp enflamed Argent; and a base enarched Vert.
Crest: A saddlebill statant with wings elevated proper, supporting with the dexter leg a Latin cross Argent entwined of two serpents respectant Vert.
Wreath and mantling: Argent and Azure.
Motto: LABOR OMNIA VINCIT IMPROBUS

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 15, 1982 to Leratong Hospital and again on March 23, 1983.
