Escudo de ouro, aspa diminuta de verde, cantonada em chefe e nos flancos de cálices de vermelho; em ponta, barco de negro, com seus remos, realçado de prata. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «PARADA do BISPO».
