Escudo de ouro, faixa ondada de azul e prata de cinco tiras, acompanhada em chefe de vieira de vermelho, realçada de prata e, em campanha, de dois ramos de oliveira de verde, frutados de negro, com os pés passados em aspa e atados de vermelho. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ RIO VIDE “.
