Escudo de verde, campanário de prata, lavrado de negro e iluminado de vermelho, com sino de ouro e coberta do mesmo, entre dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, folhados de prata; contra-chefe ondado de prata e azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ FREGUESIA DE SÁTÃO “.
