Origin/meaning
The Two Spears symbolises the divition of the SHLF into two areas by the Saltfjellet Mountain. Red is the main Colour of the Colour of the Sør-Hålogaland Infantry Regiment No 14. The SHLF and the Regiment are now disbanded.
