Escudo de azul, cruz latina assente em seu suporte de prata; em chefe de ouro, carregado com uma cruz da Ordem de Cristo, de vermelho, aberta de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: “ SANTA CRUZ – PRAIA DA VITÓRIA “.

The arms were officially granted on March 29, 1995.
