Escudo de vermelho, fardo de palha de ouro, atado do mesmo, posto em pala, entre duas pás de pedreiro de prata; em chefe, vieira de ouro realçada de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ SANTIAGO - SEIA “.
