Official blazon

Per saltire azure and argent in chief a Celtic cross of the second, in fess two human hearts gules and in base an escallop also of the second, in the fess point a bezant charged with an oak branch fructed proper, with the Motto: Spero et credo.

The arms were officially granted on April 13, 1982.
