Arms of Skævinge

Origin/meaning

The arms were registered in 1981.

The bell in the arms symbolises the churches in the municipality and is also derived from the arms of the Barritsen family, who for a long time owned large parts of the area. The four acorns symbolise the four parishes in the municipality.
