Shield: Argent, on a bend Azure voided of the field, between in chief a double warded key bendwise, wards downward and issuant from base a tower Sable, lighted Gris (Grebe Gray), a lightning bolt Gules.
Crest: From a wreath Argent and Azure, between a pair of wings Or, five arrows four Proper, one of the third, arrowhead Gules, bound together by two ribbons of the last, the second ribbon garnished Vert.
Motto: Firmus vigilo validus (Reliable, Vigiland and Strong.

Distinctive Unit insignia, Description: A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall blazoned as follows: Argent (Silver Gray) on a bend Azure surmounted of another of the field charged with a lightning bolt Gules between, in chief a double warded key bendwise Sable, wards to sinister and surmounting a tower issunat from dexter base of the last lighted ARgent (Silver Gray). Attached below Blue scroll inscribed "FIRMUS, VIGILO, VALIDUS" in Silver.
