THE ROYAL GIBRALTAR REGIMENT, BRITISH ARMY
History: Formed in 1958 from the Gibraltar Defence Force, in which turn was raised in 1939. Granted the prefix Royal in 1999.

The Castle and Key on a shield in silver plate or white metal superimposed on an ornamental ground in gilt, above a crown in silver plate or white metal, below a scroll inscribed "Nulli Expugnabilis Hosti" in silver plate or white metal.
Origin/meaning
The badge is based on the Arms of Gibraltar.
