Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted on October 1, 1997.

The arms are used at least since the 19th century and show a wall, sometimes with the doors in the base. The colours varied and were finally standardized in the 1980's.

Between the late 1980s and 1997 the town used arms with a small door.
