I grönt fält en dansande trana av silver med röd hjässa och över detta en av granskura bildad ginstam av silver.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 13, 1963.

The crane (sw. trana) is a canting element, whereas the chief refers to the forests in the municipality. The pine tree also refers to the seal of the town of Strömsnäsbruk in the municipality.
