Origin/meaning
The hawk is a raptor often hovering above the fields. Sunflower and ears of corn, are symbols of agriculture. The blue and the waves symbolise the Rival river crossing the village. The base shows a typical Dauphinoise house, a model of which is on display at the Dauphine museum in Grenoble.
These arms were listed for the municipality, but are not used officially.
