Official blazon
French Coupé ondé: au 1er parti au I de sinople à la colombe essorante d'argent, au II d'azur à trois étoiles d'or, au 2e d'argent à deux clefs de gueules passées en sautoir.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in 2021.

The dove is the attribute of Sainte Foy, the local patron saint of the village of St. Foy. The green field refers to agriculture, the wavy division line and the blue field refer to the two lakes partly on the municipal territory.

The keys are the attribute of Saint Peter to whom two churches are dedicated in Lacépède and in Quittimont.

The stars are based on the spur wheels on the coat of arms of the De Labat De Lapeyrière family, former lords of Lacépède.
