Buff is the Colour of Support Units, the Palm Branch symbolises the French Croix de Guerre with Palm awarded the Battalion for action in World War II. The Lion is from the Arms of the Frossinone Province in Italy. The Arrows allude to the three Landings the Battalion participated in during World War II. The Peace Pipe symbolises Oklahoma. The Taeguk signify service in Korea. The Ring symbolises Motor Transport and the predecessor the 245th Transportation Battalion.
 
The Coat of Arms was approved on 3 August 1994. The Motto Unlimited Support was added on 9 November 1995.
