Description: On a yellow shield shape 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 3/4 inches (6.99 cm) in width, edged with a 1/16 inch (.16 cm) black border and a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white outer border, a Sentinel, white with black details standing in front of a black silhouette of a cannon. The inscription above the Sentinel’s head is “MAGNOLIA” in black letters.
