====Origin/meaning====
====Origin/meaning====
The town may use the chain of the Croix de Guerre 14-18 with the arms. Otherwise I have no information on the meaning or origin of these arms.
The arms are those of the medieval Dukes and Princes of Luxembourg, who owned the vilalge in the 14th and 15th century. The tomb of Jean hennequi of Luxembourg (died 1466) can be seen in the local church.

The arms may be decorated with the following medals:
* Croix de guerre 1914-1918.
* Croix de guerre 1939-1945.
