| Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.  Description:  On a buff horseshoe shape 3 5/16 inches (8.41 cm) in height edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) brown border, the stylized head of a cowboy.  The cowboy’s face is buff, hat, jacket and shaded areas appear brown with the inscription “WEST HIGH SCHOOL” in brown lettering arched above the cowboy’s head.
