English Parted per pale dexter Azure a saltire Argent surmounted of an unicorn’s head of the Second horned and maned Or within and issuant from a chaplet of thistles Proper showing four thistle heads Purpure (for the World Federation of Scottish Societies); sinister a palm tree Proper growing out of a mount in base vert surmounted of an alligator fessways Proper (for the St Andrew Society of Florida).

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted by the Scottish Lord Lyon in 1970.

As described in the blason, the arms are divided with the arms of the World Federation of Scottish Societies and a symbol for Florida (palm and alligator).
