Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on June 4, 2024.
The pear trees and the waves are canting element; a prétot is place planted with pear trees and the waves refer to the -mare part of the name.
The rings symbolize the merger of the villages Pretot la Taille and Vicquemare in 1825.
The flax flowers supporting the shield indicate the presence of this plant in the commune.
