Province: Wielkopolska
County: Gostyń

Arms of Pogorzela

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The origin of the arms is not known, but the oldest image dates from the sixteenth century. The arms probably indicate the local fortress and the lion may be taken from the arms of the owners of the town at the time.
