Armoiries de Honelles

Official blazon

Bandé de gueules et d'argent de six pièces.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 16, 1980.

The arms show the arms of the Roisin family, one of the main noble families in Hainaut in late medieval time. As none of the former municipalities used arms, the arms of the Roisin family were the most logical choice, as they have been influential in at least five of the former municipalities.
