Escudo de prata, uma falcata e um gládio romano, ambos de vermelho realçados de ouro, passados em aspa, uma espiga de milho de ouro folhada de verde e flor de linho de azul, realçada de ouro, botoada de prata, com pé e folhas de verde, tudo alinhado em roquete; campanha diminuta ondada de azul e prata de três tiras ondadas. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «ÁZERE - TÁBUA».
