Escudo de prata, um pico de negro (monte) acompanhado em chefe de um açor de sua cor, segurando nas garras um escudete das quinas, entre um cacho de uvas de púrpura folhado de verde à dextra e uma espiga de milho de vermelho folhada de verde à sinistra; em contra-chefe, ondeado de prata e verde de cinco tiras e, brocante, um barco de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas: "SANTO AMARO - S. ROQUE do PICO".
