Origin/meaning
The arms show the arms of the Kravare family, as Vok of Kravare founded the city in 1323. The family was one of the most powerful families in Moravia in the 13-15th centuries. According to legend, the symbol itself shows an arrow and a moustache. One of the ancestors of the family shot a Tartar warrior and stabbed the enemy's moustache..
