Portuguese Escudo de azul, “Agnus Dei” de prata, nimbado de ouro, sustendo com a mão direita uma haste crucífera de ouro, de onde pende um lábaro de prata, carregado de uma cruz firmada de vermelho, tudo entre dois ramos de oliveira de ouro, frutados de negro e postos em pala; em campanha, vale de ouro carregado de uma burela ondada de azul. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “MOURÃO -VILA FLOR”.
